THE CORE 3 is Fightamins’ three-product supplement system for martial arts practice. It consists of STAY SHARP (taken before practice), KEEP GOING (taken during practice), and GET READY (taken after practice). The three products are sold individually or as a bundle. Why is the system organized around “before / during / after”?
